IZAR-LEKU Espumoso 2016 – 750ml

Bright straw yellow, green highlights, medium beading.
Lemon balm, parsley, and nettle are in the lead. Closely followed by a little mint as well as lime and grapefruit. Freshly cut apples and wet grass. Added to this are a delicate note of yeast braid, Mirabelle, and peach. Green walnut and candied ginger bring a special finishing touch. A feeling of freshness in the mouth, a lot of traction, and a minerality that settles immediately.
